KINESIOTAPE, K-TAPE

Gord Routledge has just completed training in kinesiotaping. This multi colored “stretchy” tape is used to improve muscle function, improve circulation, reduce pain and support joint function. It is a wonderful adjuct to physiotherapy and can ease the transition of getting back in action, or allow you to continue with your activity while experiencing less pain. Kinesiotaping techniques can be used for all sorts of injuries including: neck pain and tension, headaches, back pain, patello femoral pain, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff injuries and impingement, achilles tendonitis, If you are interested, give us a call at (403) 278-0705
