KINESIOTAPE, K-TAPE

Gord Routledge has just completed training in kinesiotaping. This multi colored “stretchy” tape is used to improve muscle function, improve circulation, reduce pain and support joint function. It is a wonderful adjuct to physiotherapy and can ease the transition of getting back in action, or allow you to continue with your activity while experiencing less pain.
